Ductile Iron Pipe
Ductile iron pipe is pipe made of ductile cast iron commonly used for potable water transmission and distribution. It combines the physical strength of mild steel with the long life of gray cast iron. The corrosion resistance of ductile iron pipe has been proven in a wide variety of accelerated tests to be at least the equal of gray cast iron.
